 Exercise must have a boundary.  Many instructors will give you a lot of advice, but no one will understand your body better than yourself.  Exercise should be done by understanding the capacity of the body.
 Again, it is wrong to think that you have to do heavy exercise every day.

Sweating in contaminated areas:

Exercising outside the home is the most beneficial.  But the level of pollution in the indoor air is high due to black smoke, dust, etc. in the vehicles.  These contaminants are the main constituents of various diseases.  Due to these, the average life expectancy of many people is constantly decreasing.
 Those who live in urban areas are at higher risk.  People are getting heart attack at a young age due to long term air pollution.  Experts also blame air pollution for the loss of eyesight and dementia.  So it is important to choose a natural environment for exercise.

What are the big 3 exercises

 You don't have to be what everyone calls fat.  However, there may be a little too much fat in some parts of your body, which makes your physical beauty   look bad.  In these cases diet does not work very well.  Instead, you can do some exercises at home, which will help you to beautify your body.  Now we will talk about three such Exercises.


 The first exercise

 1.  First break your knees and sit in Vajrasana.  Now place both hands on both knees.

2.  Fold the palms of the hands and raise both hands to breathe.

 3.  Now, while exhaling, lean your body forward and place your forehead and hands on the floor.  Stay like this for 30 seconds .  Do this exercise three times with a break of 30 seconds.

 Benefits

 This exercise helps  to increase the height.  Circulates blood throughout the body.  Increases attention.  The muscles of the hand are tense.




 The second exercise

 2.  First lie down on the floor.  Now break both legs.

 2.  Then fold the hands in the shape of two crosses.

 3.  Now, while exhaling, pull the upper part of the body upwards in such a way that there is pressure on the abdomen.  Take it down again immediately.  Make sure that the back of the head does not touch the floor.  Doing this 12 times will be one set.  Do three sets in a row with 1 minute break.

 Benefits

 Helps to reduce abdominal and back fat.  After a while, the feeling of fatness in the body disappears.




 The third exercise

 1.  Lie down on the floor.  Now fold both hands and place them behind the head.

 2.  Raise both legs 45 degrees.  Now break the leg on either side, right or left.

 3.3.  Try to fit the elbow of the right hand with the knee of the left foot.  Similarly try to fit the elbow of the right hand with the knee of the left foot.

 4.  If you do this 24 times, it will be one set.  Do this three times with 1 minute break.

 Benefits
