 The main thing in training is not to increase strength but to increase strength training.
 People are busy with how much weight they can lift in 'Strength Training'.  But power training is a combination of weight and speed. "

The Disadvantages of Excessive Exercise

Feeling weak:

Excessive exercise often weakens the body, causes the person to lose the ability to work, and becomes physically and mentally weak.  So it is necessary to take adequate rest.

Deterioration of mental health:

Scientists have found in their research that exercising seven and a half hours a week or more can make anyone sick.  There may be reluctance to eat and work, irritable mood, anger, sickness etc.
 Exercise must have a boundary.  Many instructors will give you a lot of advice, but no one will understand your body better than yourself.  Exercise should be done by understanding the capacity of the body.
 Again, it is wrong to think that you have to do heavy exercise every day.

Sweating in contaminated areas:

Exercising outside the home is the most beneficial.  But the level of pollution in the indoor air is high due to black smoke, dust, etc. in the vehicles.  These contaminants are the main constituents of various diseases.  Due to these, the average life expectancy of many people is constantly decreasing.
 Those who live in urban areas are at higher risk.  People are getting heart attack at a young age due to long term air pollution.  Experts also blame air pollution for the loss of eyesight and dementia.  So it is important to choose a natural environment for exercise.
